  • By purchasing items from Creative on Holiday, you agree to all terms, conditions, and policies of the company. 

HANDMADE NATURE

  • Every piece is handmade by me from start to finish.
  • Natural variations in size, shape, glaze, and texture are expected and celebrated—these details make each item truly one of a kind.
  • While similar pieces will be comparable in design, no two items will ever be identical.

QUALITY & CARE

  • All pieces are carefully inspected for quality before being listed.
  • Unless otherwise noted, items are suitable for hot and cold drinks, dishwasher safe, and microwave safe.
  • Just a heads-up—your piece can get hot when holding very hot drinks. Please use caution when handling, especially with items that do not have handles.

SAFETY NOTE

  • Although unlikely, if you ever notice anything unusual—such as chipping, cracking, or changes in the glaze—please stop using the piece immediately and contact me with any questions. I’m always here to help.

CUSTOM ORDERS

  • Custom pieces require full payment upfront.
  • Processing times for custom work vary and will be communicated before purchase.
  • Slight design variations may occur, as all items are handmade.

USE & RESPONSIBILITY

  • By purchasing, you acknowledge that handmade ceramics may have natural variations and that proper handling and care are required.
  • I am not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care after delivery.
